Set up the day's routines
Add the things that recur in everyday life: breakfast, medication, brushing teeth, the evening routine. Pick a time and how often, and everyone sees the same picture of the day.
Foveo brings routines, checklists, supplies and reminders together in one place, so everyone close knows what today looks like.
Add the things that come back every day. Then Foveo helps you hold it all together, one day at a time.
Add the things that recur in everyday life: breakfast, medication, brushing teeth, the evening routine. Pick a time and how often, and everyone sees the same picture of the day.
The right person gets the right reminder at the right moment. When something's checked off, the team sees it's done — no extra calls or messages.
Foveo counts down what you use and gives you a quiet heads-up before nappies, tube feed or medication run low.
Simple tools for the things that otherwise live in your head.
Today's routines in the right order: breakfast, medication, walk, evening. Check things off with a tap — everyone on the team sees what's done.
Reusable lists for outings, the emergency bag, evening routines. One list per situation, so nothing important slips through when it's busy.
Hand over calmly and clearly: how the day went, what happened, and what the next person needs to know.
Link a consumable to a routine, or set a rough daily use. Foveo counts along and reminds you in good time before something runs low.
Are certain things missed more often on particular days or times? Foveo helps you see patterns over time, so you can talk about it calmly. For the person you care for.

Yes. Foveo is built for families and teams who live with personal assistance day to day — routines, checklists, supplies, shifts and handovers in one app, so everyone around the person sees the same picture of the day.
Yes. Foveo is built by a family with personal assistance at home, and shaped by families who actually live this life. As a family caregiver you get a single overview of the day, you don't have to chase answers, and you're reminded before something important runs out.
No. Foveo works for any family that wants to keep routines, supplies and reminders together in one place, with or without personal assistance. If you're in Sweden and have LSS-funded personal assistance, get in touch and we'll walk through how the cost might fit your situation.
Inside the EU. Foveo uses Supabase with the EU region by default.
Yes. The day's list and check-offs work offline and sync when the connection comes back.
Yes — by default you see the same day and the same routines. You can adjust what each role sees from there, based on what the family needs.
You choose: link a consumable to a routine, so it's counted down each time the routine is done, or set a daily amount. Foveo keeps track and lets you know in good time before nappies, tube feed or medication run out.
Routine reminders go to whoever is on an active shift right now. No one else is disturbed. If a routine is missed, admins get a quiet heads-up so they can follow up. Supply reminders go to admins, and can be shown to assistants too if you choose.

Foveo is on its way into the App Store and Google Play right now. Review timelines are hard to predict. Sign up and we'll let you know as soon as the app is live.
Yes, both. The web app works too if it's easier to set up routines, checklists and supplies there. Notifications always go through the mobile app.
We've been asked this several times. For now we've deliberately chosen not to build chat into Foveo.
Our reason: most parts of everyday life are still better handled face to face. Foveo isn't meant to replace conversations between people — it's meant to take away some of what otherwise has to be held in your head: routines, reminders, checklists, supplies and handovers.
If, later on, enough families and teams tell us that a chat would make daily life easier, we'll listen and consider it.
Yes. Each person receiving assistance gets their own setup, but the whole team works in the same app — with routines, roles and follow-up per person. Get in touch and we'll walk through how it could look for you.
