How it works

Start with what already happens every day

Add a few recurring things first. Then reminders and supplies can grow from the same rhythm.

Step 1

Add the routines that repeat

Add breakfast, medication, brushing teeth or the evening routine with time, repeat settings and a short instruction.

Step 2

The right person gets the reminder

Whoever is checked in for the shift gets the day's reminders. When a routine is marked done, the team sees it right away.

Step 3

See what is running low

Link an item to a routine or set rough daily use. Then you see in time when supplies need ordering.

Features

A digital tool for personal assistance

Simple tools for the things that otherwise live in your head.

Today's routines

Today's routines in the right order: breakfast, medication, walk, evening. Check things off with a tap — everyone on the team sees what's done.

Checklists

Reusable lists for outings, the emergency bag, evening routines. One list per situation, so nothing important slips through when it's busy.

Handovers

Hand over calmly and clearly: how the day went, what happened, and what the next person needs to know.

Instructions

Write practical instructions for equipment, routines and steps that should be done the same way every time. Easy to find when someone needs to double-check.

Supplies that count themselves down

Link a consumable to a routine, or set a rough daily use. Foveo counts along and reminds you in good time before something runs low.

History when you need to follow up

Are certain things missed more often on particular days or times? Foveo helps you see patterns over time, so you can talk about it calmly. For the person you care for.

Supplies and reminders

Never run out. Foveo keeps track

Link a consumable to a routine, or set how much you use per day. Foveo counts along and gives you a heads-up before nappies, tube feed or medication run low.

Handled automatically:

  • Two ways to count: link to a routine, or set daily use.
  • Days remaining updates automatically.
  • A quiet reminder before the minimum level is reached.
  • You know best how early to be reminded — some prescriptions take longer to arrive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Foveo an app for personal assistance?

Yes. Foveo is built for families and teams who live with personal assistance day to day — routines, checklists, supplies, shifts and handovers in one app, so everyone around the person sees the same picture of the day.

Does Foveo work for family caregivers running personal assistance at home?

Yes. Foveo is built by a family with personal assistance at home, and shaped by families who actually live this life. As a family caregiver you get a single overview of the day, you don't have to chase answers, and you're reminded before something important runs out.

Do I need personal assistance to use Foveo?

No. Foveo works for any family that wants to keep routines, supplies and reminders together in one place, with or without personal assistance. If you're in Sweden and have LSS-funded personal assistance, get in touch and we'll walk through how the cost might fit your situation.

Where is data stored?

Inside the EU. Foveo uses Supabase in the EU region.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The day's list and check-offs work offline and sync when the connection comes back.

Can parents and assistants see the same things?

Yes — by default you see the same day and the same routines. Roles control who can edit, invite and administer, so you can adapt Foveo to how you work.

How does the supply count work?

You choose: link a consumable to a routine, so it's counted down each time the routine is done, or set a daily amount. Foveo keeps track and lets you know in good time before nappies, tube feed or medication run out.

Who gets the notifications?

Routine reminders go to whoever is on an active shift right now. No one else is disturbed. If a routine is missed, admins get a quiet heads-up so they can follow up. Supply reminders go to admins, and can be shown to assistants too if you choose.

How much does it cost?

You can create an account and use Foveo free until 30 September 2026. From 1 October 2026, Foveo costs 525 SEK per person receiving assistance per month including VAT for private customers. For organizations, the price is 420 SEK per person receiving assistance per month excluding VAT. For comparison, the 2026 standard hourly assistance amount is 347.70 SEK per assistance hour, according to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

Can the personal assistance provider cover the cost?

That is something you need to discuss and agree with the provider first. If the provider will cover the cost, you can invite the provider in Foveo. They accept the terms through a link, and invoices go there.

Is Foveo on the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. Foveo is already available to download on the App Store and Google Play. You can also use Foveo in your browser.

Do you support iOS and Android?

Yes. Foveo is available on the App Store and Google Play. The web app works too if it's easier to set up routines, checklists and supplies there. Notifications always go through the mobile app.

Will you add a chat feature?

We've been asked this several times. For now we've deliberately chosen not to build chat into Foveo.

Our reason: most parts of everyday life are still better handled face to face. Foveo isn't meant to replace conversations between people — it's meant to take away some of what otherwise has to be held in your head: routines, reminders, checklists, supplies and handovers.

If, later on, enough families and teams tell us that a chat would make daily life easier, we'll listen and consider it.

Can we use Foveo as a personal assistance provider?

Yes. Each person receiving assistance gets their own setup, but the whole team works in the same app — with routines, roles and follow-up per person. Get in touch and we'll walk through how it could look for you.

What happens if the family changes personal assistance provider?

If the family changes provider, contact us and we can help move the person's setup in Foveo. Routines, instructions, supplies and handovers can follow inside the product. This does not change legal questions about ownership, controller status or data-processing responsibility.

Less to keep track of. More presence in everyday life.
